Conor McGregor took aim at Dustin Poirier after the lightweight called for a rematch between them.

Poirier is still licking his wounds from his loss to champion Khabib Nurmagomedov last weekend. Nurmagomedov submitted the interim champion in the third round at UFC 242, but the Diamond is already angling for his next big fight.

I think me and Conor running it back makes a lot of sense at this point, said Poirier on his Twitter, which promoted a response from McGregor.

He replied: I fed you to the canvas in 90 seconds bro.

Motherfucker, its McGregor always!
McGregor is the goal! Always!
Say that now and Ill think about it.#GoneIn90seconds #NicCage #AJolie

McGregor called out Nurmagomedov after his latest victory, suggesting the rematch should take place in Moscow, Russia.

The Irishman has not fought since defeat to Nurmagomedov almost a year ago, but the Russian insists Tony Ferguson is next in line for a title shot.
