Belgium have confirmed that Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku will miss the nations crunch clash against Switzerland in the UEFA Nations League and has withdrawn from the squad.
Lukaku was unable to play in Thursdays Group 2 victory over Iceland due to an ongoing hamstring problem that has also restricted his game time for United in recent weeks.
A brief statement from Belgium confirmed: Lukaku did not travel with us today. He is still injured (hamstring) and will miss Switzerland versus Belgium.
Lukaku is believed to have undergone treatment for his hamstring problem at the Move To Cure clinic in Antwerp last week.
It is the same clinic he visited last season when he was battling an ankle injury ahead of the FA Cup final.

Despite undergoing one-on-one sessions, Lukaku was unable to train with his Belgium teammates and is now a significant doubt for Uniteds first game after the international break.
The Belgian has already missed away games against Bournemouth and Juventus, though appeared to be on the comeback trail when he came off the bench against Manchester City.
He won a penalty for his side with his very first touch, though has continued to complain about pain in his muscle which could prove problematic for Jose Mourinho ahead of facing Crystal Palace.
Lukakus setback coincides with injuries to both Paul Pogba and Anthony Martial, who were forced to withdraw from Frances latest squad.
