Trading the pool for the road

Exercise and getting some vitamin D, whether it is swimming in the morning or afternoon or going outdoors for a jog under the sun.

I have these thoughts where I do not feel fit and fab at least once a week, but this usually lasts for five minutes, then I get my act together.
