NEW DELHI: Prominent sports personalities, film and TV actors have come forward to support the "FeedMyCity" campaign that aims to raise funds for the daily-wage community who have been severely impacted during the nationwide lockdown implemented to control the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic.
On Sunday, a virtual concert was organized as part of the campaign to raise contributions to feed daily wage workers, underprivileged, homeless children and frontline workers, during the lockdown.
Sportspersons, including Mary Kom, Saina Nehwal, Vishwanathan Anand, Harsha Bhogle, are among the few who have supported the initiative.
