Chinese luxury brand Shang Xia makes furniture that makes customers cry

SINGAPORE – In the stores of Chinese luxury lifestyle label Shang Xia, it is common to see customers cry.

But it is not because they are being ill-treated, says chief executive officer and artistic director Jiang Qiong Er over the telephone with The Straits Times.
