Floyd Mayweather is in negotiations for another money-spinning Asian exhibition, with a boxing match in China scheduled to be announced next week.
The reports have emerged from the South China Morning Post who claim that a press conference is scheduled for 18 September when the bout, for an unnamed date in 2020, will be confirmed.
Invitations to the press conference were issued by Mission Hills Group, a company that runs hotels and recreational centres based in Hong Kong.
They suggest that a venue has already been secured in Haikou, Hainan although they admit that discussions with Mayweathers camp are not complete.
A Mission Hills Group spokesperson told the South China Morning Post: The press conference will announce that Mayweather will hold a boxing match in China next year. We have already got the Hainan governments temporary approval for this event.

But everything needs to be confirmed with Floyd as well. The details are not 100 per cent confirmed yet. We are in the process of negotiating details with Mayweathers management.
This match aims to enhance the friendship between two powerful nations through boxing, gaining popularity for Hainan in the role of an international tourism island and achieving Mission Hills vision of bringing world-class sports events to Haikou.

The proposed bout will be against a Chinese opponent decided through a recruitment campaign.
The event is reminiscent of Moneys exhibition with Japanese kick-boxer Tenshin Nasukawa on New Years Eve, which ended in the first round with the American knocking out his inexperienced opponent.
Mayweather earned $9 million (£7m) for the performance, which lasted less than two-and-a-half minutes.
There have been rumours of Mayweather coming out of retirement for a professional, sanctioned bout to try and extend his sensational 50-0 record.
Previous opponent Manny Pacquiao has been touted as the most likely foe for a pro return, but Mayweather has rubbished those suggestions.
