Gwangju, South Korea Shayna Jack's coach Dean Boxall believes his 'devastated' athlete will be cleared by ASADA and has vowed to join her in the trenches as she prepares to try and save her swimming career.
Just hours after Jack posted a long explanation about her positive test to the non-steroidal anabolic agent Ligandrol, Boxall spoke to Australian media at the FINA World Championships. Her coach is convinced she will be cleared by an ASADA panel, and he believes her claims that she had no clue as to how the substance was found in her system.

"I knew just when Shayna was told, I was called into the room when she was informed. I walked into a very distraught girl. I've never seen someone that upset, which of course made me very upset," Boxall said.
