Cape Town – Black Leopards have confirmed that Lionel Soccoia is the new head coach while announcing the arrival of Thuso Phala and Mogakolodi Ngele to beef up the squad.
Soccoia takes over the role recently vacated by Dylan Kerr who managed to save the club from relegation but later announced his resignation due to management interference.
Meanwhile, on the playing side Phala arrives after being released by SuperSport United for disciplinary reasons where Ngele joins as a free agent after seeing out his contract with Mamelodi Sundowns.
Mlungisi Ngubane assumes the position of team manager, while Patrick Mabedi will serve as assistant to Soccoia.
Speaking of the changes, club boss David Thidiela said: "I am doing all this for the Black Leopards supporters.
