Steven trained on Monday in what was his first day back at the club for two months, after taking leave to deal with mental health issues.
Despite his return, it remains unlikely that Steven will play any time soon, as he continues to work on his physical conditioning.
But the fact that the four-time Trevor Barker medallist was on the track will be a sight for sore eyes for Richardson, who also watched on as Jake Carlisle, boom recruit Dan Hannebery and prized first-round pick Max King all trained strongly.

Carlisle is set for his first game of the year this weekend and will likely play just a half in the VFL.
