North Melbourne free agent Todd Goldstein could end up at Moorabbin next year with St Kilda among the clubs interested in the All-Australian ruckman.
The Saints are looking to bolster their big men stocks, and are eyeing the veteran Kangaroo, who could walk from Arden Street at seasons end as an unrestricted free agent after 13 years at the club.

Goldstein is yet to meet the Saints but is understood to be closely monitored by the Saints who are looking for support for emerging ruck Rohan Marshall. Goldstein as a free agent holds appeal as he is available without a trade.
St Kildas ruck stocks loomed as a serious weakness at the end of last year after Tom Hickey joined West Coast and Scott Lycett opted to join Port Adelaide rather than the Saints.

However former rookie Marshall has emerged as one of the AFLs most improved players, featuring in nine of the Saints 11 games so far this season. He was St Kildas best player against Port Adelaide in China and is in line for a new contract. Out-of-contract pair Lewis Pierce and Billy Longer have played just one game each this year.
Marshall is also a capable forward, and has only played regularly as a No. 1 ruckman this year. The 23-year-old could potentially play alongside Goldstein, who turns 31 next month.
Having dropped alarmingly from his 2015 All-Australian form, Goldstein has rebounded strongly over the last 18 months, not missing a game since round 20, 2017.
He has suggested publicly that he has plenty of good football left in him, but whether that would be at North, or a rival club, remains to be seen.
The Kangaroos list direction is up in the air following the departure of coach Brad Scott and the uncertainty surrounding Norths football department, which is being reviewed by a three-man subcommittee including club great Glenn Archer, director Brian Walsh and businessman Peter Nash from KPMG.
The Roos topped up over the off-season with mature-age players Aaron Hall, Dom Tyson, Jared Polec, Jasper Pittard and Tom Campbell, who as a group have failed to take North substantially forward.
Goldstein is among the experienced players North could lose to bring in a draft pick and provide salary cap space.
