Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic and Dominic Thiem are the three favourites to win the upcoming French Open, according to Toni Nadal.
Spanish great Nadal will attempt to defend his title and win a 12th French Open at Roland Garros, which starts at the end of the month.
But Nadal does not appear quite as invincible as he once did on clay and he suffered a semi-final defeat to Stefanos Tsitsipas at the Madrid Open last week.
Djokovic won that event and Uncle Toni sees the Serb as one the favourites to win the French, along with his nephew Rafael and the consistent Thiem.

Asked whether Nadal would win a 12th French Open title, Toni told Tennis World USA: I do not know, Rafael has not played in a perfect way in Madrid, Monte Carlo or Barcelona.

I think he is the favourite with Novak Djokovic and Dominic Thiem. Roger Federer, too, has won a record 20 Grand Slam titles so it is normal that he is one of the contenders.
Less [so] than Djokovic and Rafael but if he plays well he can beat one of the top guys.
Toni Nadal also discussed tennis next generation and said there are several talented youngsters ready to break through by winning Grand Slams.
Finish line !
