Manchester United are preparing to sell David De Gea next summer and will demand £75 million for the goalkeeper, according to reports.
The 28-year-old has not signed a new deal with United and his current contract is due to expire next summer, although the club have the option to extend it for a further 12 months.
The Sun claim that United have now decided to trigger De Geas one-year extension, which means he is contracted until the summer of 2020.
But United do not want to lose their first-choice goalkeeper on a free transfer and will ask for a £75m fee at the end of the season.

Both Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus are interested in De Gea, and The Sun reports that the Serie A champions are willing to fund a big-money move.
PSG signed Gianluigi Buffon in the summer but are in the market for a long-term replacement.
Jose Mourinho has hailed De Gea as the best goalkeeper in the world but the Spain international may seek to move on as he looks unlikely to win either the Premier League or the Champions League during the Portugueses reign at Old Trafford.
