According to The Sun, Pochettino is Madrids No.1 managerial target and they are willing spend big to prise him from Spurs.
The report claims that Pochettino will be offered a five-year deal by Madrid worth £85m.
Its also claimed that Madrid will give Pochettino a larger say regarding potential signings.
Earlier this week, Pochettino admitted that he was feeling his worst at Tottenham since he joined the club in 2014.
