West Coast Eagles premiership forward Mark LeCras has hung up his football boots for good.
The popular sharp-shooter announced the end his 14-year career on Thursday after last months premiership win and weighing up his future out of surgery to his wrist.

"I had come to the decision that I wasn't going to play on next year," LeCras said.
"It's been on my mind all year, obviously being out of contract and hurting my wrist.
"I'm very comfortable with the decision. I have had a couple of weeks to think about it, discuss it with my family and the club and it just feels like the right time."

It is understood that prognosis of his damaged wrist could be painful to continue training and playing at the highest level.
LeCras, 32, met with Eagles coach Adam Simpson on Wednesday when it is understood the 219-game veteran made his call to finish.
Current and former Eagles teammates are believed to have been told late on Wednesday of an impending announcement from LeCras.
He finally became a premiership player when West Coast won their fourth flag last month.
LeCras was a 20-year-old squad member when West Coast won their third title in 2006 but missed grand final selection.
He is the Eagles third highest goal-scorer behind his close friend and premiership forward line teammate Josh Kennedy (551) and dual flag winner Peter Sumich who booted 514 across his 150 appearances.
LeCras peaked in his career in 2010 with his club champion award and All-Australian selection from 63 goals.
He booted 30 or more goals in 10 seasons across his career that launched with two appearances in the opening games of 2005.
LeCras missed the entire 2012 season after he suffered a dreaded anterior cruciate ligament in his knee at summer training.
