Khabib Nurmagomedov has threatened to quit UFC if Zubaira Tukhugov is punished for punching Conor McGregor in the aftermath of their fight at UFC 229.
Nurmagomedov beat McGregor by submission in the fourth round but the victory was marred by a brawl involving both camps.
The Russian fighter jumped over the octagon fence to attack McGregors training partner Dillon Danis, while inside the octagon McGregor was punched in the back of the head by Tukhugov, a UFC featherweight and a member of Nurmagomedovs team.
UFC president Dana White has vowed that Tukhugov will never fight on a UFC card again following his attack on McGregor.
The guys who jumped in will never fight here again, said White.
Ive been working hard to promote this sport, this is not what a mixed martial arts event is normally like.

But Nurmagomedov insists he will leave UFC if Tukhugov is unable to compete.

Nurmagomedov posted on Instagram: I would like to address UFC. Why didnt you fire anyone when their team attacked the bus and injured a couple of people?
They could have killed someone there, why no one says anything about insulting my homeland, religion, nation, family?
