Andreas Christensen has warned Maurizio Sarri that he will ask to leave Chelsea if he doesnt secure a regular role at Stamford Bridge.
The 22-year-old held down a first-team place under Antonio Conte but since Sarris arrival in the summer, the Denmark international has not played a single minute in the Premier League.
Antonio Rudiger and David Luiz has been Sarris preferred partnership in central defence and with his playing time restricted to Carabao Cup and Europa League fixtures, Christensen admits he is not in a good situation at Chelsea.
It has been a hard season. To be honest, it has been very difficult, Christensen told BT.
I cant have so much patience again. Now Im 22 years old and I really want to play.

In the last three seasons, Ive played regularly with every team Ive been with, so its clear that I do not see myself staying if my current situation remains the same.
Its too early to talk about when to change or if Im going to change. But it is clear that it is not a good situation for me.
I had looked forward to getting our new manager. We play really good football, explosively and offensively all you can wish for.
“So thats great, but its really annoying that Im not on the pitch when it happens.
