
Manchester United star Ander Herrera has hinted hes set to stay at the club by going house hunting in Cheshire this week.
The Spaniard was one of the few senior players on Uniteds pre-season tour of the United States but hes entered the last 12 months of his deal at Old Trafford.
Metro.co.uk understands United are comfortable with Herreras contract situation and believe negotiations over new terms will be relatively straightforward given the midfielder is happy at the club.
And Herrera has appeared to confirm hes staying at the club after being spotted entering an estate agents in Manchester to search for a new property.

The Spaniard finished off a stunning team move in Uniteds 2-1 win against Real Madrid in Miami last week and admitted afterwards that he wants to continue at the Theatre Of Dreams.

I love the fans. I am playing for the best team in the UK so my first intention is to stay in the club because I love what I do and I love where I am, said Herrera.

Herrera is set to start the season against Leicester City given hes one of only a handful of first-team stars to have a full pre-season under his belt.
The Red Devils are desperately working to make at least one more signing in the next six days before the transfer window closes.
