Arsenal have told Lazio they will need to pay £7.1million to sign unwanted forward Lucas Perez, reports claim.
Perez joined the Gunners from Deportivo La Coruna two seasons ago but spent the entirety of last season back on loan there after failing to break into then-manager Arsene Wengers first-team.

He returned to Arsenal duty under new boss Unai Emery earlier this summer with the aim of earning himself a place in his squad during pre-season but despite ample opportunity to do so, it seems the Spaniard hasnt done quite enough to contend with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Alexandre Lacazette, Danny Welbeck and youngster Eddie Nketiah in the Arsenal strikers pecking order.
Lazio, who are in the market for a striker, have identified the 30-year-old as a leading option.
According to reports in Italy from Corriere di Roma, Lazio sporting director Igli Tare is confident Perez will be able to revive his fortunes in the Italian capital.

The report also suggests that the player himself has asked Arsenal to allow him to leave the club and put a realistic valuation on him which doesnt hinder a transfer deal.
Lazio have been active in the transfer market this week, with boss Simone Inzaghi confirming the signings of Joaquin Correa from Sevilla and Fiorentinas Milan Badelj.
Perez scored nine goals in 36 La Liga appearances on loan at Deportivo last season, while registering a further seven assists but could not save the club from relegation.
