Andy Murray believes the warm conditions are perfect for Rafael Nadal as he continues his quest for a third Wimbledon title, but raised fears over his draw.
The Scot had already bigged up Novak Djokovics chances of defeating both Nadal and Roger Federer on his way to glory at the All England Club, but he pointed to the tough contest facing the Spaniard in the quarter-finals.
Nadal takes on former US Open champion Juan Martin del Potro on Wednesday in the second match on Centre Court – a match Murray described as the pick of the mens quarter-finals.

And he believes that clash could take its toll on the world No. 1 as he competes in the last-eight for the first time since 2011.
The conditions are perfect for Rafa Nadal right now in terms of for a grass court, Murray told the BBC.

Because of the heat he gets more movement with his serve as well. With his knees, with the ball bouncing up higher, it is good for him too.
But he has a tough match with Juan Martin Del Potro. If Del Potro is there physically that is not an easy match. It is definitely the pick of the mens quarter-finals.

Murray hinted that Federer – who takes on Kevin Anderson in the quarter-finals – would have few problems negotiating his passage to the final, while insisting Milos Raonics meeting with John Isner is impossible to call.
In terms of the top half of the draw, Roger has a great record against all the guys, I think hes 4-0 against Anderson, he added.
Raonic and Isner – thats tiebreaks. I think theyve played nine sets, seven of them have been tiebreaks but Isner is up on their head-to-head – thats a bit surprising to me.
But maybe on the grass Raonic is a little bit more comfortable than John. Thats an impossible match to pick in my opinion.
