Karolina Pliskova is the last remaining womens top-10 seed in the Wimbledon singles draw, after a flurry of exits in the first five days.
The Czech became the last woman standing on Saturday afternoon as world No. 1 Simona Halep surprisingly crashed out.
With Australian Open champion Caroline Wozniacki, defending Wimbledon champion Garbine Muguruza, US Open champion Sloane Stephens all out in the first four days and reigning French Open champion Halep followed suit after a surprise 6-3 4-6 5-7 defeat to Hsieh Su-Wei.
Two-time Wimbledon winner Petra Kvitova – the bookmakers favourite heading into the tournament – suffered a surprise first-round defeat, with Elina Svitolina, Caroline Garcia and Stephens joining her in going out at that stage.

Two of those went out on Friday. First, Madison Keys was toppled by Evgeniya Rodina, then last years runner-up Venus Williams fell to Kiki Bertens.
However, Karolina Pliskova – competing in the third round for the first time – battled back to beat Mihaela Buzarnescu to keep her hopes alive.
