Anthony Martial has held discreet talks with Bayern Munich over a move to the Bundesliga, reports say.
The Manchester United forward is set to leave Old Trafford this summer, as his agent declared his footballer intends to join a new side.
Martial has found consistent game time hard to come by under Jose Mourinho and has been linked with a shock move to Premier League rivals Chelsea and Tottenham.

The Daily Star claim Bayern have now entered the race to sign Martial and have already held discussions with the forwards team.
The news comes after Tottenham reportedly approach United about taking Martial to London.

However, Spurs are not prepared to meet Uniteds asking price as the club are thought to have slapped a £100million asking price on the Frenchman.

Tottenham are believed to have to moved on to new targets, meaning Martial will have to look elsewhere for a move away from United.
United are reluctant to let Martial leave the club as one of the worlds best young strikers.
Martial though is concerned Mourinho will continue to use him sparingly and missed out on a spot in Frances World Cup squad this summer due to his lack of playing time.

After thinking about all the factors and possibilities, Anthony wants to leave Manchester United, Philippe Lamboley, Martials agent, said.
There are lots of factors, and right now its too early to talk about them. Manchester United want Anthony to extend his deal and do not want him to leave but we have not reached an agreement for several months.
I think that when Manchester United, the most powerful club in the world, do not find an agreement after eight months of negotiations then they do not really want to keep such an important player in their squad. Thats why this decision has come – its a well-thought-out decision.

Its important to remember that he is under contract and that Manchester United will have the last word. We will respect the clubs decision and he will stick with his commitment to the end.

Anthony is disappointed because he has shown his love for the club and the supporters for three seasons.
Without the unconditional support of the fans he would have already asked to leave United. I think he has done his best for three years and it is important to remember that he scored eleven goals and made ten assists in five months of last season.
Everyone will have their opinion but I think he needs to resume his career. The time has come.
