Courtois, who kept a clean sheet as Belgium beat England on Thursday night to top Group G, has entered the final year of his contract at Stamford Bridge.
Real Madrid have expressed interest in the goalkeeper before and the Daily Telegraph say Chelsea could listen to offers of over £50m as they do not want to risk losing him for nothing in a years time.
If Courtois was to leave west London, Chelsea would look to sign Alisson, the Brazil No.1, as his replacement.
