Russia defender Ilya Kutepov has warned Mohamed Salah that Russia will try to stop him by any means necessary – even if it means repeating Sergio Ramos controversial arm grapple.
Salah was forced off after half an hour of the Champions League final at the end of last month following a rough challenge from the Real Madrid skipper that injured his shoulder.
Since then, Egypts talisman has been fighting to get fit in time for his nations World Cup opener against Uruguay on Saturday – though he is confident he will be okay.
A few days later, hosts Russia await Egypt in St Petersburg, and Salah can expect more rough treatment.
