Chelsea want to keep Ruben Loftus-Cheek this summer and will not allow the midfielder to leave the club on a permanent basis.

The 22-year-old has just returned from a three-month stint on the sidelines after an ankle injury and he scored in the Eagles 5-0 rout against Leicester on Saturday.
Loftus-Cheek is likely to make Gareth Southgates 23-man squad for this summers World Cup and Chelsea would not be short on interest if they decided to sell.
However, according to the Guardian, Chelsea are unwilling to entertain offers for Loftus-Cheek and they will not sell him this summer.
The Blues will wait until their managerial situation is sorted with Antonio Conte expected to leave the club before a decision is made on whether Loftus-Cheek could spend another season on loan.
