Liverpool are preparing to take on Stoke City on Saturday without forward Sadio Mane after he picked up a thigh injury in the thumping victory over Roma.
The Senegal international missed a catalogue of chances in Tuesdays 5-2 win in the Champions League, though finally got on the score sheet after being set up by Mohamed Salah.
However, he sparked fears that he might miss the return leg – and Saturdays Premier League match at Anfield – when he was spotted at Liverpools Spire hospital.
The Mirror report that he was there to undergo a scan on his thigh picked up after a knock in the Roma game, though there are no fears that he will be out for a prolonged period.

However, Liverpool are still expecting to rest Mane for the weekend visit of Stoke so he can concentrate on treatment and recovery instead.
There is confidence among the medical team that Manes problem is not severe enough to rule him out of the return trip to Rome on Wednesday and he is expected to be on the plane.
Liverpool have suddenly racked up a host of injuries at the worst possibly time, with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlains season ending against Roma and the likes of Joel Matip, Emre Can and Adam Lallana all sidelined.
