Diego Simeone has snubbed David de Gea and Manuel Neuer by naming Atletico Madrids Jan Oblak as the best goalkeeper in the world.
The Argentine coach believes the Slovenia international has surpassed the Manchester United and Bayern Munich stoppers due to his fine performances in La Liga.
Oblak, 25, has kept five clean sheets in his last 10 matches and is ranked among the finest glovesmen in the sport, along with the likes of Neuer, De Gea, Gianluigi Buffon, Ederson and Thibaut Courtois.

Jan is the best goalkeeper in the world, Simeone said.

Atletico are working to get the best possible players, we want players who can raise the level of the club and I hope Jan will remain with us for long time.
He still has a few years left in his contract and every top club has great goalkeepers.
Arsenal will have the opportunity to test Oblak soon enough after the Gunners drew Atletico Madrid in the Europa League semi-finals.
