He’s known for necking a quick whisky at every house he visits on Christmas Eve, so you’d understandably want to give Santa a wide berth as he zooms through the skies.
Luckily, there are a number of way of discovering the exact location of the world’s most notorious drink flier and his army of reindeers.
Google’s Santa Tracker website and Android app will go live on December 24, when the beardy gift-giver will begin journeying around the planet and slide down the chimneys of people who are lucky enough to live in houses rather than pokey little flats.
Google wrote: ‘For 13 years, Google’s Santa Tracker has been a fun, educational and interactive way for fans to celebrate the holiday season.’
The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) runs its own Tracker website and has been following Father Christmas for more than 60 years.
You can also track Santa using Amazon Alexa by installing the ‘NORAD Tracks Santa’ skill, which you can find by clicking here.
Then you’ll be able to ask Amazon Echo and other Alexa-enabled devices questions like ‘Alexa, ask NORAD Tracks Santa, where’s Santa?’ or ‘Alexa, ask NORAD Tracks Santa, when will Santa be at my house?’.

The head of the Royal College of GPs said he was suffering from alcoholism and obesity brought by scoffing too many mince pies.
Chairwoman Professor Helen Stokes-Lampard said Santa Claus could be doing serious harm to his ‘elf’ and warned: ‘He’s overweight and all of us do our bit to add to his obesity by leaving mince pies and cookies for him and milk or alcohol.
‘He may have gout, he may have alcoholism – there’s a real bit of binge drinking going on.’
